The NICHS Management Committee is elected by the membership, for three year terms, at the AGM. NICHS's AGM is held on the last Saturday of April each year.

The Management Committee is the Board of Directors and Trustees of the NICHS Company limited by guarantee.

The Committee have the responsibility of supervising the governance of the charity to best serve the young people we work with, the staff we employ and ensure our performance meets our aims and objectives and our mission is fulfilled.

NICHS also has a number of advisors. These are co-opted by the Committee to support them in the governance of NICHS.

If you wish to become a member of NICHS or are interested in becoming an Advisor with relevant and recent experience in:
Law Accountancy/Finance
Community Relations
Social Welfare
Charitable Fundraising
Youth Work
